New Patient Evaluation: 30 minutes, $55 (only charged if we initiate treatment)
During the new patient evaluation, Adrienne will complete a full intake of the patient's health history, current complaints, conduct a full evaluation of the chief complaint(s), and then discuss treatment options. We will then develop a treatment plan and schedule that best fits the needs of the patient. All of our new patient paperwork is conveniently online so that patients can fill it out from the comfort of their home or office.

Pediatric New Patient Evaluation: 30 minutes, $40
For people under the age of 18 years.

Established Patient Visit (Acupuncture): 60 minutes, $70
Treatments include acupuncture while lying down on a treatment table and any other adjunctive techniques as needed (moxibustion (heat therapy), cupping, gua sha (scraping), tui na (massage), herbal, diet and exercise recommendations, etc.).

Pediatric Established Patient Visit (Acupuncture): 60 minutes, $60
For people under the age of 18 years.

Health/Nutrition Coaching: $85 per hour
Work one-on-one with Dr. Adrienne to make nutritional changes for weight loss and/or the improvement of chronic health conditions. Coaching appointments can be held online or in our Macedon office. Coaching appointments are $85 per individual hour. Packages are also available for long-term coaching (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year).
Note: Nutrition Coaching is not covered by insurance. The initial 30-minute consultation is free. When scheduling, please indicate whether you prefer to meet in person or online.
Insurance:
Longevity Complementary Care Center currently accepts most Excellus/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, MVP, and Aetna insurance plans. Please note that not all insurance plans cover acupuncture. Please call to verify with your insurance plan before initiating treatment. We no longer accept No Fault and Workers' Compensation insurance.
Acupuncture is also a covered service under Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts.
Payment:
Longevity Complementary Care Center accepts Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. Payment is expected at the time of visit.
