Dr. Adrienne Goodman-LaMora

Dr. Adrienne J. Goodman-LaMora, DACM, L.Ac., O.M. is board-certified and New York State licensed in acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, qi gong, and Chinese therapeutic massage (tui na). She was born and raised in the Rochester, New York, area and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2000. She graduated with honors from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Seneca Falls, NY, where she earned her Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.


In April 2019, Adrienne completed her Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. She teaches part-time at the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Seneca Falls, NY. She has given many public talks on Chinese Medicine, including one at the NYCC Women's Health Symposium in Long Island, NY.


Adrienne also likes to write educational articles and maintains a women's health and wellness blog. She specializes in the treatment of pain and injury and has had success in treating chronic neck and back tension, shoulder pain, migraines, whiplash, sciatica, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, sinus pressure, and pain. Adrienne especially loves working with athletes, young and old, as she has a diverse athletic background.
